Brandi Richardson
Brandi Richardson, a seasoned entrepreneur and talent acquisition professional, is a matchmaker for corporate clients who are eager to fix their talent acquisition roadblocks. Her unique mix of talent acquisition prowess, marketing expertise, and executive experience allows Brandi to understand clients' needs when attracting great talent. Bringing to the recruitment process 27 years of owning, leading, and marketing top companies, she understands the big picture and how to fine-tune the talent acquisition machine for her clients for sustainable growth.
With a people-first and process-driven business mindset, Brandi started and sold her first company at age 22. One of her last ventures was acquired by a billion-dollar competitor. Her diverse experience has spanned various roles as Founder, partner, CEO, VP of Marketing and Sales, Sales Director, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Contract Recruiter.
